(30 Nov 2016) US President-elect Donald Trump's has picked Tom Price to fill the position of Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services. Price, a six-term Congressman, is the chairman of the House Budget Committee, and is pushing for a wide-ranging overhaul of how Congress forms and approve a budget. Price says he is confident that House Republicans will continue his fight for budgetary reform if he leaves office. The Congressman gave a speech at Washington's Brookings Institution, a conservative think tank, on Wednesday outlining his plan.
