Veteran scholar, poet, writer and activist Namdeo Dhasal (64), who founded the Dalit Panther movement, passed away on Wednesday. His last rites were conducted at Chaitya Bhoomi at Dadar,Mumbai on Thursday. Politician and political leaders payed their last respects to departed activist.
