A short video demonstrating the new visual editor included in Pathomx v2. Drag and drop tools on the workspace to create an analysis workflow, import data by dragging and dropping directly into place. Inline workspace viewers allow direct visualisation of the current state of data, and progress indicators and status flags show analysis process. The video also demonstrates a few tools for the processing of 1D NMR spectra including peak (TMSP) alignment and dynamic binning - showing the downstream effects of binning approaches on subsequent analysis.
